Sorry for your situation, they have a duty to investigate but need to find evidence to support taking the child from your home.  You can only fight them in court and if they remove your child, they have to give you an immediate hearing before a judge where you have the opportunity to respond and refute the charges.  If they do remove and you go to court, I recommend a local attorney to represent you
