Your answer is ready and you can read it below! After you review it please let me know if the answer is clear and if you have any follow up questions for me. I will be happy to answer them!

In your situation, I also think that you would benefit from local representation. https://www.avvo.com/find-a-lawyer is an excellent resource that lets you find a local lawyer by location and practice area!

You can also use a pro bono free lawyer. Here is how you go about it. You simply google the following: Pro bono, justia, practice area, and your location. You will get good free options!

You can seek expedited review and hearing from the court. This can be done by order to show cause motion (OSC) which is a motion supported by affidavit. This is something the court clerk can help you with or local counsel can prepare.

You want to focus your application on child best interests, and explain circumstances supporting duress, mistake, confusion, covid stress etc.

You can also easily search court cases using google scholar by jurisdiction and terms. That site is easy to use (like google) and is also free! Here is a link https://scholar.google.com/ I find it as useful as paid databases which charge hundreds of dollars per search.
