Sorry for you situation.  This happens more than you think, especially with vindictive exes.  Child Protective Services has seen this many times.  They have an obligation to investigate but once they determine the child is ok and you explain what going on, they should put a not in the file and pursue action against this person for making false claims

Customer
but will they keep coming each time after someone calls?
img

Law-George, Esq, Expert

Not once you tell them what's going on and they see it's a false report

Customer
can they take children if you refuse to treat decayed baby teeth that will eventually fall out?
img

Law-George, Esq, Expert

They can remove the child if they find an immediate threat of harm to the child and then have to go to court and prove it up to the judge

Customer
refusal of treating baby teeth is immediate threat?
img

Law-George, Esq, Expert

That would be up to child protective services and a judge in a court of law to prove up

Thanks for choosing Just Answer and have a great day!

Customer
if someone says you use drugs and cps checks you for drugs and then someone else calls
Customer
will they check you all the time and test you for drugs each time?

Law-George, Esq, Expert

It's all up to cps and what they can prove.  You have to ask cps if they will check you again, if they just checked you, doesn't make sense to do it again without cause
