I see. Generally, if circumstances have changed, she can go to court and ask for child support. However, your agreement can be used in court to say that she agreed to no child support. Ultimately, it would be up to a judge to decide if that agreement would hold up.

Customer
they sent me a case because she applied here

I am very sorry. She can apply for a modification of child support if things have changed. However, they can go back retroactively. You can use the agreement she signed to try and use.

Generally, only spouses would have a roll if she were to get remarried.

Customer

Customer

Do you mind clarifying what you mean by taxes?

Customer
I'm suppose to claim them odd years and her even years just trying to give her money so i can move on from her

I see. It would be up to the judge. However, if the judge sees this as fair, then you wouldn't have to repay her.

Customer
