Good evening!  My name is ***** ***** I've been an attorney for 18 years. I look forward to assisting you. How long ago did you sign the adoption papers?

Customer
10/2019. It was finalized last year. I know I’m past the time but I feel that, since a lot has changed, I might stand a chance.

Hi
Customer
I did she milked me for 29k over 2 1/2 months and made me sign the kids over to my sister in law because she said if the sister in law didn’t get the kids the foster parents would and that was not a good place for them. Plus the point was to keep the twins contacted with theirs siblings and away from their violent father. Both of those things have fallen apart

It's very difficult to revoke this type of agreement. There is no form available that requests such an action. Unfortunately, I'm not sure you any available legal remedies. A minor and extremely limited exception is a Motion to Revoke which will require assistance from a local attorney. Please visit www.avvo.com to find dozens of qualified lawyers in your area. I hope I've been able to assist you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
