Please note that you may receive a telephone call request from the website automatically. I do not have any control over that nor do I participate in telephone calls on the website. You can disregard these requests. Please note that if you do wish to speak with someone by telephone, I can opt out so that another expert who is available by telephone can log in to assist you.
Also, please note that I strive to respond to you as soon as possible. Sometimes I step away from my desk or I am offline (despite it showing that I am online). Please be patient and note that I will return to answer your questions as soon as I am able to.
ANSWER: Not necessarily. The mother would have to prove that she is now fit to care for the children. You will have to file an objection to the petition to terminate guardianship (assuming she has filed one) and attend any court hearing so you can advocate as to why the guardianship is still necessary.
I hope this information helps you. Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further clarification. I'm happy to help or further assist however I can.
