it's supposed to be 50-50 but I only see my daughter twice a year and she's not eating right when she's with her mom and she's constantly sick how do I go about this

The PoA for health of my aunt filed an urgent motion for appointment of a guardian and the court within next two days on hearing appointed the guardian as proposed by the PoA and since then I have been restricted to make any contact with her despite my several attempts.My aunt was with me in India for more than 18 months and the PoA blocked her bank account. Can I challenge the order of appointment of guardian and take my aunt to India as she desire.

Customer: she is my aunt 83years old and she has no child and her husband died in 2017.She took the decision to stay with me in India and I have been appointed her PoA for finance and property in both the countries.

Have an issue with late fees on a sorage rental in Accomac, Va. Owner is charging 30%, and claims he can do so because it was in the contract. Under the Va. Lndlord and tenant act it say" "A landlord shall not charge a tenant for late payment of rent unless such charge is provided for in the written rental agreement. No such late charge shall exceed the lesser of 10 percent of the periodic rent or 10 percent of the remaining balance due and owed by the tenant."

Hi there. I am the primary custodial parent to my 2 sons, 10 and 12. Their father currently has them for his weekend visitation. During weekend visitations, the boys are to be returned to me by 5 pm on Sunday. However, during the holidays, he gets 2 extra overnights. He doesn’t always take the extra time. We have to agree on what extra nights he can have them. This year, he asked about taking them Dec 28 or Dec 29. I said he can pick them up on the 29th. This would only give him one night but he never mentioned when he would be returning them. My assumption was he would be returning them by 5pm on Sunday as that is the end of his weekend time. My 10 year old just told me that they are coming back Monday. I emailed their father and he says he gets 2 nights and they will be returned Monday. This was never discussed with me and was never agreed upon. Can he refuse to return the kids at the legally obligated time? And if he doesn’t return them, what actions can I take? Thanks.

I witnessed an approximately 5 yr old boy selling flower bundles at the direction of an older Latino woman at the corner of Bundy and San Vicente Blvd. in Brentwood today. I first saw them at about 1 pm, and they were still there, with the boy doing his walk to the corner, in the rain, after 3 pm. He appeared to be Latino also, but she seemed too old to be his mother. I was concerned for this little boy, as he was under her control and was not dressed warmly enough for the day (58 degrees and light rain). They were shopping flowers to drivers passing by the intersection.

In a joint custody but the children decide that they want to live with their father even though it's joint custody doesn't the mother have to be allowed where the kids are instead of being banned from his house

Customer: It is in the divorce papers but the children have decided that they want to stay with their dad and hes not allowing me over there so I'm missing so much time with them because hes not shuffling them back-and-forth and yes I have an attorney but I'm really curious can he ban me From his house where the children are that's what hes doing

Customer: No nothing has been modified but there is court coming up but that only has to do with his a rears but he is hindering me from seeing the children and hes a manipulator so it's not like they wanna rush over here which I've accepted but hes not allowing me there

I have a court ordered parenting plan with my ex wife. She lives in Arizona and I live in Utah. Our parenting plan States that for visitation the parents are to meet halfway for drop off and pick up. If one parent decides to fly they are responsible for the flights. If one parent drives the full way to pick up the other parent is responsible for getting the children back home. I drove the full way to pick up my children for Winter break. My ex wife who is the custodial parent advised me that she is no longer participating in the parenting proud with the drop off and pick up. If I do not take the children Back since that is not my responsibility, are there any legal repercussions that could happen to me? She has blocked me on her cell phone so I no longer have a way to communicate with her. She sent my mom a message saying that she was taking me to court for mediation and that my mother needed to have the kids back to Arizona by January 1st. I don't want to get charged with kidnapping or have any negative repercussions result from this issue. Could you please advise me what uptime I available in this situation? Thank you
