Thank you for submitting your question and allowing me the opportunity to assist you. I am a licensed attorney practicing for 20 years and I am happy to help you. I can provide you general information but in doing so this does not create an attorney client relationship.

You may receive a telephone call prompt. That additional service is automatically offered by the website at an additional fee and not me personally. I am not available by phone so please disregard the request but I will continue to chat in this thread.

Hi, I haven't heard back from you.  I can see that you must have some issues with a house, so please give me some details on your legal issue and I'll be glad to help you.

Hi, I'll do my best to respond to your legal issues as best I can with the limited details I have.  If the property taxes were delinquent, the property owner has 2 years to redeem the taxes before they are foreclosed upon and sold at public auction.  If the taxes were sold and proper notice was not given to the property owner, the property owner may have the right to set aside the tax sale and recover the property.  In order to effectively set aside the sale, you will have to obtain copies of the notices and perform a title search before filing the lawsuit.  This process is much easier with an attorney, so it is recommended that the property owner contact an attorney ASAP as time is of the essence in these property matters.

My goal is to fully answer your questions so if you think of anything else, please feel free to reach back out to me. If you have a new legal question, you can reach me directly on this site by***@******.***. or posting your new question on my profile here: https://www.justanswer.com/law/expert-courtneysesq/?rpt=3800 I'm here to help!

Best wishes!
