I am petitioner ,there are 16days for the Spousal Probate。What form do I need to submit before the hearing because the other's brother has occupied or hidden my marital property?

Once you are appointed PR here you send demand letter and sue if it is not returned. You are suing on behalf of the estate. If you do not have a probate lawyer you are going to need one to file suit in probate court for the lost items and litigate this.
