Customer: My wife and myself work at a food processing plant in Oregon. My wife unfortunately had to file a sexual harassment complaint against another employee. The day she filed the report with hr she was sent home and then her hours were consequently cut from 4 twelve hour days a week to 1 day a week. We have filed a complaint with oregon department of labor. What else can we do. We are struggling to pay bills with the reduced hours.

Customer: Originally she filed the sexual harassment with management in 2019 and nothing ever happened. Then she again questioned it 2 weeks ago and had to redo all statements for Hr. That's when her hours were cut

The original harassment complaint was given to management in 2019 and nothing happened. She was just told it is being handled. Then 2 weeks ago she asked hr about it.
