I still have the messages he says because of the statements that were made about one slab that we did but also before this the n word was called out multiple times I was called out of my name multiple times with racial slurs.

You will want to file the complaint and the EEOC will investigate your complaint. If they find that it is founded, they will issue you a right to sue letter. You can then use the right to sue letter to sue your ex-employer. You will then want to locate a local attorney to assist you in the lawsuit.

If at anytime you need an attorney to assist you, you can find a local attorney by contacting your local bar association and asking for a referral to one. You can also contact your local legal aid society as they offer free and low cost services in these types of cases. Another good resource is to contact your local law schools as they often have clinics with attorneys that will assist in these types of cases. Again, I am sorry to hear of this issue.
