Basically I'm next up to be promoted and my supervisor feels threatened because he is in the process of review to be demoted. He has teamed up with another supervisor to wrote me up the last day he was in charge of me. The supervisor he is teaming up with I advised my chain of command in may or June to keep us seperate because he was admitting to me that he will go to HR and if he's wrong he'll ask for forgiveness later( I have witnesses). They wanted to block me from getting promoted. The same supervisor that has me up for disciplinary review gave me an excellent on my reviews and even commented I'm an asset to the team. I will email I the review

Also in case, you're spoken to in a harsh or demeaning tone, or when offensive jokes and comments are made around you — specifically in regard to protected class traits like race, gender, religion, age, or sexual orientation — that could be evidence of discrimination. If you are able to collect evidence to support your claims of mistreatment then you can threaten your employer/manager to take legal action.

I was denied training and singled out for disciplinary action(at least 6 other ppl committed same act and was not given disciplinary action)

One of the supervisors just bragged about beating a guy up when he went on leave, and asked me if I was gonna fight another coworker (I said no I don't fight) that's y I wanted to be away from him also a
