Good afternoon, how are you?

Let me ask this clarifying question:

You are being discriminated against based on your race and the employer will not take action?

Good day, here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate continue to engage with the expert and to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.

As I have tried to engage you and have not heard back from you, here is the general answer to your question.

If you are being discriminated based ONLY on your race by your employer, then you must next file a complaint with the EEOC, www.eeoc.gov.

The EEOC must investigate and issue a right to sue letter.

Once you get the right to sue letter, then you can get a local employment attorney and sue for discrimination/harassment.

You can get a local employment attorney  at the same site used by other attorneys www.superlawyers.com

That is all a part of your complaint to the EEOC.

Customer
I have filed with the EEOC. What is my next step? Do I get to speak with an attorney now?
img

LawEducator, Expert

You need to wait for the EEOC to contact you

In meantime you can look for a local employment attorney  at the same site used by other attorneys www.superlawyers.com

Customer
How do I cancel my subscription with your company. You are not providing me with anything useful and I can research an attorney on my own. $46? For what. Info to cancel subscription please
