  • Do you have a written employment contract, for a fixed term, requiring cause for demotion, discipline, or termination?
  • Do you believe you are being treated differently than other employees due to age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity, etc.? If yes, please specify which protected class applies.

I had a written employment contract for one year with solera holdings in dallas tx. I went to the emergency room and was told that I was covid positive after this my conditioned worstened and I almost died only to return to work the following week and be immediately terminated. I beleive it was retaliation for not coming into work during the time i was in the hospital i had a doctors note to work from home. Treated differently than other employees because of my age
