I am sorry to hear about the situation. I know that can be stressful. An employer cannot place an employee in a situation where the employee is unlawfully harassed by clients, such as based on her race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or national origin. When an employee is unlawfully harassed and the employer is unwilling to rectify the situation,a complaint can be filed with the EEOC: https://www.eeoc.gov/harassment
