Hello. My name is ***** ***** I have been a licensed attorney for over 24 years and hope to be of assistance. Please be advised that this website is for information purposes only and I cannot formally represent customers of this website or perform actual legal services on your behalf. I know your question is important and I’m working on typing an answer to your question now. The site will offer you a premium service charge phone call and if you do not want a phone call you do not have to worry about taking the site’s offer because I am just as happy to type my answer as to talk. Sometimes responses and replies take time, and we ask you to be courteous and patient to allow the expert to type your answers to you and also to others. Please also do not ask multiple questions when another question is pending to be answered as the conversation will be difficult to follow.
Hello Janet. I would be more than happy to assist you with your legal questions. I am sorry to hear about your recent disqualification. I know that can be stressful and difficult to experience. There is no real ability for me to tell you with certainty why there is a disqualification on your account. You would need to get the actual disqualification letter from the commission to get the actual details of what is occurring. I can speculate that your employer has sent in a dispute as to the reasons for you leaving your employment, which caused the commission to disqualify your account. Once you get the notice of disqualification, you would have the ability to appeal that decision that would set a telephonic hearing that would permit you to testify about the reasons for your leaving your employment and present any evidence you have of that decision.
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to assist in any legal work and can only answer questions for general educational purposes only. However, there typically would not be an appeal "letter" and would just be a notice of appeal. All evidence and narratives you would present would occur at the actual telephonic appeals hearing. You normally would only have a brief general statement in your appeal notice. However, I would be more than happy to answer any follow up questions you have when you have the actual letter of disqualification.
I hope that brings some guidance to your issue. If you have any follow up questions, please let me know. Thank you for using Just Answer and have a good day.
