If you want your diploma, you'll have to file a lawsuit.. and you need to look at your law school contract.. it might have a biding arbitration clause.

There isnt.  You're not a protected class and even if it was a protected class, you'd have to show a nexus between the discrimination and the universities act of not giving you a diploma.
