Do you help staff members of elementary schools that are Native American and an elder that have expected racism?

Expert's Assistant chat
Customer: Do you help staff members of elementary schools that are Native American and an elder that have expected racism?
JA: I just need to ask a few clarifying questions so that the Lawyer doesn't miss anything. To start, what state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: California
JA: Has the native american tried anything so far that has helped or clarified the issue?
Customer: There was a restorative conference but the classified staff member continues to be bullied by the certificated teacher.
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: There is an investigation regarding students and racism against the same teacher it was substantiated. Now there is pending litigation.

I was told by my CSEA rep to take it to the state but I was wondering if the ACLU helps employees.

1st the Indian teacher has to grave it through the principal and the Union and the HR department or whatever is reasonably available. If they get no response go directly to the EOC and file a complaint based upon racial discrimination which will be taken very seriously

Customer
