Customer: I have a parent that is threatening my child saying they have called our athletic director accusing my child of bullying and that they are getting an attorney. Of course this is the first I have heard of this and there has been no bullying and I just need to know what I can do to get them to stop trying to ruin my kids future
JA: What steps have your children taken? Have they filed any papers in family court?
Customer: they have not I am just trying to stay one step ahead as my child has done nothing wrong and their child is calling my kid and cussing her out and telling her to come fight her
JA: Family law varies by state. What state are they in?
Customer: KY
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: I am just trying to find out what I can do if anything

I am just trying to find out if there is anything I can do to stop these people (parent and child) for trying to ruin my kids reputation and trying to get her kicked off the schools softball team. We have had issues (so has other people) for almost 5 years now and I am over it. They are telling people they have gone to the athletic director and said my kid is bullying their kid which hasn't happened they tried this with another kid last year and was told its not bullying. Its all hear say which my kid is saying she didn't do it. the kid has called and cussed my kid out and told her to come to her house so they can fight. I am just trying to get all of this to stop and have no idea what to do.

Thanks for being patient with me

These are considered false allegations since your kids are not taking part in bullying others.

Keep in mind that making false allegations against someone is illegal and you can sue if you wish. You will be rewarded legal remedies if you win your case and the defendant will be facing charges. It's important to ensure that you have enough evidence to support your claims of false allegations. In order to file a civil lawsuit over malicious prosecution, you should be able to hold someone liable for initiating a civil or criminal charge against you while being fully aware that the claims behind the charge were baseless or weren't reasonably true, and had a wrongful purpose in being made.
