I reported other incidents got a family restraining order and hes trying to contest it we had once court hearing and its continued due to time on Wednesday. He is such a bull shitter and im scared he manipulates. Im praying I get this res s? . Customer: I got it issued on the 20th dec and our court date was friday 30th but due to evidence I had we didnt have time so our next date for that is this Wednesday

You should have a financial administrator appointed to handle your finances while this dispute is going on. Someone that can establish accountability for all parties and maintain records of everything. You'll probably need those records in court eventually.
