I need a attorney who can get a court date rescheduled (per doctor kaiser) that's set for tomorrow 01/03/23 at 2:pm

I am afraid it is probably too late to reschedule this important court date. This should have been done at least a week ago by calling the court clerk's office with your request.

Court time is expensive, and judge's dockets are full.  This makes it difficult to change their schedules unless the court has a very much advanced notice.

Your appearance in court tomorrow is a Court Order.  This is not an appointment.  You will have to show up in court on time tomorrow.  If you do not show up in court tomorrow on time, your case will be dismissed.

I am sorry Rebecca If you felt that I spoke down to you.  I never know who I am helping or their backgrounds.  I was afraid that you might not go to court and be defaulted in a civil matter and lose your case.  Some people do that at the last minute.  Any rescheduling will have to be done days or even weeks in advance, because judge's dockets are always full, and court time is expensive that is the judges responsibility.

I am sorry to hear about your health condition and understand the reasons you can't go.  I just didn't want you to inadvertently lose or compromise your case.
