I am very sorry to hear of this issue. You can begin by contacting the police and reporting this harassment. You may also want to consider a restraining order. You can file a restraining order at your local courthouse. You will fill out the application, file it, and have it served on the person who is harassing you. The judge will then hold a hearing and determine how long the order should be in place for. You will want to bring with all evidence to the hearing of this harassment. You may also want to consider suing this person for harassment. You can do so by filing the complaint document at your local courthouse. You will file it and have it served on the person harassing you.

If at anytime you need an attorney to assist you, you can find a local attorney by contacting your local bar association and asking for a referral to one. You can also contact your local legal aid society as they offer free and low cost services in these types of cases. Another good resource is to contact your local law schools as they often have clinics with attorneys that will assist in these types of cases. Again, I am sorry to hear of this issue. If you have any follow up questions, I will be very happy to assist you.
