Not quite sure what happens here if your son was advised to admit to the charges then that means he's admitting that he did something wrong. If he does that then you can't hold the accuser accountable because your son is admitting that the accuser did not lie

The full extent my son admitted to taking money from him; however there was never a weapon involved, threats were never made, after a supoena for his social media accounts. The accuser admitted to taking money from his mother to give to my son to purchase vapes, which my son did not purchase. When the mother found out money was missing the entire story developed meading to his arrest at school.

I'm not sure at this point if there's anything that could be done your son is not going to jail concerning this accusation nor does the accuser want to continue to press charges.
