Customer: My fiance is being held in Gwimette County. They are violating his 1st amendment rights. How do we get help.
JA: Did the police have a warrant? What was the basis for the search?
Customer: He had a court hearing to be removed from probation/parole. Gwinette never filed his paperwork causing him to be in the system for an additional 2yrs. When he went infront of the judge she said he had the audacity to make such a request and he needed to finish out his time like everyone else. She denied his request even knowing that his previous probation officer wrote the court confirming his statement.
JA: Where are you located? Search and seizure laws can vary by state.
Customer: He then went on fb and vented. They picked him up on Terroistic Threats.
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: He was given bail but we couldn't afford to get him out. He's been there since Aug. He is in Gwimette, County Jail in Ga
