As a former prosecutor, you do not personally seek to increase or have bond revoked, the prosecutor does. I would suggest reaching out to prosecutor's office and telling them you want the bond increased or you want NO Bond and explain why. Victims or relatives have a lot of input, explain if fear for your own safety, or public safety. Also explain if you think the person is a flight risk. Those are usually the reasons to increase or eliminate bond.

You may also directly address the court if you ask permission and magistrate permits you to, but I do not suggest doing so without speaking to prosecutor first. In event you address the court, explain risk to your safety or public safety and flight risk.
