Customer: Hi I'm Matthew, I am disabled and was sent on medical visit from woodlandcwashington to Seattle washington to UW Pain Center. The transportation co from Dr to train station was late,called,backup was at wrong place and arrived near time I needed to be 15 mins away and on the train. SO missed last train of night and driver left even knowing my train would probably not be there. Also train station locked doors upon my arrival though let me get new ticket for am. Now called teans Co back said its after hrs dept that fixes this stuff is closed cant help you call back tomorrow.refuses further calls a d contact, abandoning me 160+ miles from home without resources or care , lack of funds(im on disability) no friends or family nearby. And never contacted me again. I have filed complaint with community in action company that is my local provider and with state housing authority but do wish to pursue my other legal remedies as well. Also I want to gorce the state and feds to adopt , put into ASAP after hrs contacts and appropriate medical teams available to clients when issues like this occur in future . I was left disabled, in pain. Having mental issues due to my location and medical needs inability to take medications to ease symptoms due to possible Furthering my Safety Risk due to sedation Etc. This caused my conditions to become inflamed causing physical and emotional distress which triggered a massive pain flare I am suffering from unrelieved by my standard normal therapies and medications. I had to fend off attempted assaults and thrives. Finally paid for room and c transportation to and from hotel and now alll my accounts are beginingcto go delinquent at a cost of 30 bucks per account per day plus fines and penalties accured with each account per their contracts all due to one companies complete failure and total disregard for my transportation and safety needs as a disabled client and I DEMAND THEY BE PUNISHED. Customer: Filed complaint with company that is in my area that set up trip with all the vendors, vendor that abandoned me refused to take one down, or provide legal offices or management contacts, filed complaint with dept of health but do wish to pursue all my other legal options as well, such as filling complaint with my senator and governers offices and filing for legislation to ensure programs with 24hr emergency at risk patient contact and programs to ensure care after hrs for such emergencies

Well the medical transport company dropped me off at train station late for train did not wait or ensure I made it to the exchange. Upon calling company they said dept I nternally that could help fix that was closed so call back tomorrow. Refused to further assist leaving me over 240 miles from ok m home at night after hrs to fend for my disabled self,luckily I am amblitory another disabled person may not have been. I used all my months funds for 1 night,food lodging and cabs, over $450, now begining to have things bounce whi h will get my credit and banking essentials up costing me thousands by the time they process my claim for expenses Hutt they have no sense of urgency to fix their f**k up. And I have had it. No follow up calls to me to see if I am ok. I'm not in pain flare, stress affected all my conditions and was unable to take meds while on street for my own safety which caused more pain and issues. Me as s are very sedative . This was Criminal Negligence in my opinion!

I am so sorry that happened to you. If they were a medical transportation company that was required to oversee your well-being, it could be a criminal offense in some situations. But I think you may want to meet with a local consumer protection lawyer to take a look at this. Then the lawyer can determine if this is civil or criminal or both.
