I received your question and I reviewed it.

Have you contacted the bank to verify the activity?  Is there an other or separate legal issue?

Customer
Good morning Attorney Steve
I bank online and can see the activities in my account. I also received an email from Lurn that my payment was due.
I had to switch my card due to suspected fraud activities. I was able to update the card with several accounts for payment but was unable to do the with the link supplied by the company Lurn. I have communicated this issue with them .Every failed attempt I made to update the account was a charge incurred at my bank.
I contacted their customer service and never got a response from them. I have left several messages and have not received any call back from their number. I even went as far as telling them if their call back number is ***** from what is shown let me know and I can grab the call. Their contact info given by Megan was not helpful. She gave a number to call and I got a voice message. Left my number severaltimes. Did not get a call from her. I have sent an email with my home address for them to send me an invoice etc I am waiting to see if that would work. Thanks

If the bank is acting in bad faith, first you need to send them a "Bad Faith Letter." This puts them on notice that you may be making a complaint if they don't fulfill their obligations. If they still fail to act, you can file a complaint with the Banking Commission. The Commission will conduct an investigation based upon the information you provide, and if they find that your claim is warranted, will require the bank to provide restitution and possibly fine the bank for impropriety.

As for Lurn, if you do not have access to an alternative method for payment, my suggestion is that you keep open communication with them about what is going on and the issues that you are dealing with.

You should consider hiring an attorney who is an expert in insurance and banking matters. Hiring a private attorney will go a long way in giving you professional representation who can look at your case, form a strategy and forward your best legal argument, It will also serve to make the judge and parties involved take your position more seriously, should litigation become necessary, and gives you your best chance at success.

Thank you Attorney Steve for your response,
The problem is not my bank because the fraudulent activities were purchases made by an unknown party. The bank changed my card. When that happens I would normally update all information with the different accounts I have. The issue is with Lurn. I would continue to get in touch with them. I could barely save . So a private attorney is a little expensive for me at this time. Just want to settle this so my credit score does not affect my future plans
That is the most discouraging thing right now. I will keep trying with them. Hopefully someone will call me. Thanks again for attending to my concerns. Take care
