Customer: I have a been a member of American Home Shield. My washer broke down in June of this year we have contacted several technicians and have gotten no response because they do not come to our area. American Home Sheild gave me a contract #. We have talked to the technicians on the phone and they told us how to proceed with fixing out wash machine. We have put in most of the parts that the technician said was possible problems with the machine and we are still waiting for a back ordered part which will be in at end of month. I have sent in the bills for the parts and American Home Shield is refusing to reimburse the parts which we had tg buy. Why are they able to not reimburse for the parts we had to replace. We had the same problem when 5 years ago we had a air conditioner which was leaking all the Freon out and our technician said the air conditioner needed to be replaced because he could fix the Freon leak. they refused to pay for the new AIR CONDITIONER.

Customer: We purchased our wash machine from Sears and that is where we are getting our parts.

Did American Home Shield promise to reimburse you for parts?
Customer
I have told them from the very beginning we could not find a technician in our area that is willing to travel here to fix out machine. I have told them that we were told to use the troubleshooting in our machine repair book and change the parts I have talked to American shield every month since we started this. I was told to send bills to email address which I sent in all bills from Sears Parts Direct to them.
