Hello. I purchased a 2023 Kona about 2 weeks ago in Springfield, VA. The driver's side door has an issue with opening and the heat does not cone put well from the front two registers. So, issues with the vehicle from the get go. Can I gove the car back to Hyundai? How do I deal with this? Hyundai wants to fix the issues and I have a service appointment scheduled with Hyundai on the 11th. I am really concerned that this is just the beginning of issue with this car. What is my best course of action?

Hi my name is***** before Halloween I ordered a Halloween prop. I was in a accident where a tank like on a air compressor exploded. Rust and metal peppered my face and eyes. My eye doctor got the metal out of my eye. I almost had to have emergency surgery. When I placed my order I put my address as 2628 instead of 2528 Stratford. That really shouldn't have been a problem since there in no 2628. But the pkg was never returned or delivered to me. It was insured. Fedex declined my claim because the shipper who is afraid he will have to refund the $206.29 says he got a delivery confirmation. I got the same confirmation but we don't know where the pkg was delivered. I'm out the money which is a lot to me. Fedex says it is the driver's fault for leaving it at the wrong place. But they also say it had the wrong address so they are not responsible. I believe they are since the address on the box doesn't exist, so where's the pkg. What can I do to try and get my money back?

Exxon Mobil Wex refused to give me any information. on an account they have in the name of T W Finnerty Property Management Inc. This company keeps charging T W Finnerrty Property Management Inc charges of Fees and Interest when no gas is purchased with their business credit card. Wex Bank keeps charging me fees each month. I cancelled the credit card and do not use it. I do not charge anything on this card.

I traded in my car for another used car on Thursday Dec 22 2022. Part of the deal was that they would fix the AC at no extra cost to me. I took the car and brought it back on Monday Dec 26 for the AC repair. I waited at their car dealer for the repair from 9am to around 4pm and they told me they do not have the part and they need to order it. Because the car is under warranty the used car dealer took the car to the NISSAN dealer to honor the warranty. That repair is a type of repair that can be don within one or 2 days maximum. The car has a branded title: Lemon. The Nissan dealer has been waiting 4 days to get the warranty approved from administrative offices. Because the car has been branded as a LEMON, the bank has high interest rates at 10.75% The loan has not been closed with the bank until I get a satisfactory repair of the AC and decide to go forward with it. the used car dealer says there is no turning back on the deal and I can not cancel the deal with them. While waiting on this car I have learned I can find a certified car for the same price. What are my options? They tell me I already signed with them and took the car but the loan is not yet finalized. What is the cost to back on this deal if that is at all possible?

Customer: I spoke to the manager and finance person with whom I signed papers and they say that their only responsability is to do the AC repair, but from the moment I took the car it mine and not theirs. They say Georgia law does not honor the 3 day return policy or anything like that. They paid Uber to take me to my house and now they offer to pay me back for my car rental until they resolve the AC repair issue.

hello! I got a car on November 25th. from Right Way Auto. Following Monday on my way to work the traction light came on. I noticed a fast jerking in the steering wheel at times and popping noises when I would turn at times. hit a bump and it feels as though the car bounces all around the road. It has also pulled to the left?? I let off the gas and it will drag like its slowing down on its own. like the brake is on. I run the heat and it gets so hot and smells like plastic melting. I found out from Kia dealership that they should never have let that car leave off the lot due to recall that it has on it. I have tried to tell the sales manager about it. I told them I wanted to bring the car back I didnt want it after having it 3 weeks. I went to take my daughter to school one morning and there was no traction at all. I had to go 10 mph. never been so scared. I honestly was all over the place and had no control what so ever of the car. the sales manager I have called several times. he says well you have a warranty it can get fixed. I was adamant I didnt want to keep the car and when I said something about the recall and that car should have never been sold to begin with and that I wouldn't be having to go through this he tried to tell me I had other options on vehicles. I did not. I was told that was the only vehicle that they could put me in and there was no other options. (I have had a past repo. long story..so my credit dropped) I told the sales manager this and he started screaming at me. asking what I wanted him to do. I said take the car back because I do not want a car thats dangerous to drive. he continued screaming. he told me to call the bank and have them come get it. then he tells me he says" better yet hide it" I asked what does he mean by that? he says "you know hide the car. make them work for it when they come to get it." He had me crying so hard on the phone. my daughter heard him screaming at me and came got the phone from me and was gonna get on the phone to him but he hung up. I have had several conversations with him. he's tried to guilt me. he tried to tell me I had other choices when I did not. he hung up on me. and then he snickered thought it was funny when he told me to make them work for it when the bank comes get the car.

I am a 71 yr. old who purchased my first dog on 10/23/2022. It's a Shih Tzu born 05/18/2022. A friend with dog knowledge found an un-obserable marble sized growth in her stomach. She infomed me of the lemon law for dogs. Ipurchased her at " Tea Cups Puppies" in Davie ,Fl. Koko{her name} has never been out of my house except for two vet. visits. Ineed guidance please. She was a big expense for me as I'm on social security only.

Customer: Yes, I am the only caregiver and child of my 94 yr. old mother. She has Alziemers, I live at her house to take care of her. I purchased Koko as a companion esp. for her and myself. She extremely loving pet. I vowed never to put my mom in a nursing home or ALF, as I am a Physical Therapist who has seen many problems in these settings.I am still registered as RPT, but stopped treating patients 7 yrs,. ago to take care of her. Broward County Elderly Services sends a lady twice weekly such that I can do outside errands.

Hi, I flew on American Airlines over a week ago. They lost my bag and I was given a Claim receipt and was told they would call me when they received my bag. I waited for 5 days when I got a call from Alaska airlines, That they had received my bag and I was told if I wanted delivery I would need to get it delivered by American. The American Airlines office is only open late at night when a flight comes in once a day. I waited for a call from them but heard nothing. I waited 24 hours and still heard nothing. The gave me no number to call. I’ve called American Airlines many times and there is no number and no way to get in contact with anyone in that baggage office where my bag is. It’s been 8 days and they have failed to communicate with me. They are keeping my personal belongings from me because they can not do their job. Is there any sort of compensation I can get for this?

I'm looking for an attorney can help me, with a aggressive contractor/ finance company, that of misrepresented their product, and turned it to a finance company for twice the amount of the agreed original cost of the work.

Customer: I I am the owner of the property. I had a contractor, quote me $13,500 for a roof. It's only a mobile home I know it was expensive I was willing to do it cuz of all the other problems that when the leak started, they turned it over to a finance company against my knowledge, I had not signed an agreement as to such finance company wants $28,500. I'm not paying that for an approximate $9,000 roof. Can't seem to get anybody to assist me in this matter

Hi, so I sent a rescission letter to the the dealership and the bank. The dealership never responded and bank is refusing to accept my rescission and are still trying to make me pay for a car that is not drivable. How do I stop them from collecting so I can get this rescission done properly?

Customer: michigan. And no, I’ve been learning about consumer laws and everyone who knows how to do it is charging an arm and leg for information

Customer: yes. I mailed them a certified letter about the rescission and have proof that it was received but they never responded. Leaving the bank still requesting payments although technically I shouldn’t have to pay them. They each received the notice in November

Customer: so the dealership technically never gave me the right contract. So what I have and what the bank have is different. As well as they used an electronic they sent to the bank without my consent and the mileage on all the paperwork is incorrect. Doesn’t that make the contract null and void?

I joined a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of Xarelto do to having suffered a severe bleeding episode while using the medication, The lawsuit was settled out of court and the agreement was that each of the 25, 000 claimants would receive approximately 35,000. The law firm representing me forwarded a check in the amount of $8,000, then later a check in the amount of $2,000 at which time I was notified that would be receiving not additional payment. There was not explanation as to why not. This mystified me. I received nothing from the hospital where I was treated nor from any doctor who treated me. I was age 77 and on Medicare a time. and was charged nothing beyond what Medicare paid. I feel that, based on what the law firms usually charges, the law firm Zeccola and Selenger, has over charged me by more than 2/3d the usual charge. I am wrong? If I am wrong, how should I proceed?

Should I look into this more? I had a mechanic tell me my car was fixed and runs great. But when I went to pick up the car the clutch wasn't coming back up. This happened two days in a row and now they say I have to do more serious repairs

I have just purchased a used car from a dealer. He disclosed to me that the vehicle had been wrecked but it was minor body damage.. I specifically asked him if the airbags had been deployed and he assured me they had not. After purchase and before leaving the lot with car I noticed that the dash had a service airbag sensor on it. I asked him what this means and he told me that there was a recall on the airbags and to take it to a chevy dealer and they would fix it for free. I bought into that and trusted him.. after further investigation it appears that the airbags had been deployed after all and this would result in a guaranteed safety failure (safety inspection and emissions was provided with purchase).. I am scheduling a thorough inspection today. What steps do I need to take and what are my rights regarding this fraudulent sale.

Customer: I did make a recording of him saying the airbags had never been deployed..it wasn't until I asked him again a couple days later that he told me about the recall.. I looked online and I couldn't find anything about a recall on the cars airbag system

i need help with my consumer protection law case. my car mechanic from AAMCO tricked me into his mischivious fraudulant business practice. he got my car and my $4000 but want another $4000 to fix it. i wanted to cancel the job. but, he said he cannot cancel my job and he cannot cancel a order for transmission.......which is a lie. he got my car for last 10 days.............

HE ALSO MISINFORMED ME ABOUT THE CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I FELL FOR IT. I GAVE HIM ALL I COULD MAXED OUT MY 2 CREDIT CARDS TO COME UP WITH $4000 +..............NOW, I AM IN HOOK......I NEED HELP
