I traded in my car for another used car on Thursday Dec 22 2022. Part of the deal was that they would fix the AC at no extra cost to me. I took the car and brought it back on Monday Dec 26 for the AC repair. I waited at their car dealer for the repair from 9am to around 4pm and they told me they do not have the part and they need to order it. Because the car is under warranty the used car dealer took the car to the NISSAN dealer to honor the warranty. That repair is a type of repair that can be don within one or 2 days maximum. The car has a branded title: Lemon. The Nissan dealer has been waiting 4 days to get the warranty approved from administrative offices. Because the car has been branded as a LEMON, the bank has high interest rates at 10.75% The loan has not been closed with the bank until I get a satisfactory repair of the AC and decide to go forward with it. the used car dealer says there is no turning back on the deal and I can not cancel the deal with them. While waiting on this car I have learned I can find a certified car for the same price. What are my options? They tell me I already signed with them and took the car but the loan is not yet finalized. What is the cost to back on this deal if that is at all possible?

Customer: I spoke to the manager and finance person with whom I signed papers and they say that their only responsability is to do the AC repair, but from the moment I took the car it mine and not theirs. They say Georgia law does not honor the 3 day return policy or anything like that. They paid Uber to take me to my house and now they offer to pay me back for my car rental until they resolve the AC repair issue.
hello! I got a car on November 25th. from Right Way Auto. Following Monday on my way to work the traction light came on. I noticed a fast jerking in the steering wheel at times and popping noises when I would turn at times. hit a bump and it feels as though the car bounces all around the road. It has also pulled to the left?? I let off the gas and it will drag like its slowing down on its own. like the brake is on. I run the heat and it gets so hot and smells like plastic melting. I found out from Kia dealership that they should never have let that car leave off the lot due to recall that it has on it. I have tried to tell the sales manager about it. I told them I wanted to bring the car back I didnt want it after having it 3 weeks. I went to take my daughter to school one morning and there was no traction at all. I had to go 10 mph. never been so scared. I honestly was all over the place and had no control what so ever of the car. the sales manager I have called several times. he says well you have a warranty it can get fixed. I was adamant I didnt want to keep the car and when I said something about the recall and that car should have never been sold to begin with and that I wouldn't be having to go through this he tried to tell me I had other options on vehicles. I did not. I was told that was the only vehicle that they could put me in and there was no other options. (I have had a past repo. long my credit dropped) I told the sales manager this and he started screaming at me. asking what I wanted him to do. I said take the car back because I do not want a car thats dangerous to drive. he continued screaming. he told me to call the bank and have them come get it. then he tells me he says" better yet hide it" I asked what does he mean by that? he says "you know hide the car. make them work for it when they come to get it." He had me crying so hard on the phone. my daughter heard him screaming at me and came got the phone from me and was gonna get on the phone to him but he hung up. I have had several conversations with him. he's tried to guilt me. he tried to tell me I had other choices when I did not. he hung up on me. and then he snickered thought it was funny when he told me to make them work for it when the bank comes get the car.

I told them all that was going on. told the lady I spoke too I was not keeping the car and disnt know what to do because Right Way will not take it back. she said to contact a lemon law lawyer to see what if anything can be done. the car is setting here.
