Customer: I was recently fired from a job in a Nunavut advanced mining project. The manner in which i was fired was unusual. I was a supervisor who wasn't liked by individuals on my crew. They deliberately acted unsafely during iceroad construction operations. Resulting in a heated argument, that was recorded and subsequently sent to management, resulting in my immediate termination.

Customer: No, other than the argument. I should state, there was a recent fatality at that worksite prior to my joining the project where an individual lost his life due to unsafe work practices.

Customer: Mine development, iceroad construction on the arctic ocean.
