Did they sue and get a judgment?

Customer
No nothing went to the bank last Friday and found out my husband is on disability and his account is frozen to we are living at the 7west motel and need to pay the rent and can't

Did you ask the bank how this happened and how your bank account is frozen? It doesn't make any sense that you wouldn't have been served with any documentation. How do you even know this is about the old landlord?

Customer
I called his lawyer she told me and the bank told me I have left a message for the sheriff office so maybe we can come to some agreement before I get kicked out of our place that were staying my husband is on disability and he is taking this really hard it might even lead to separation he's not in good health I don't know what I'm going to do

Without the information requested, I can only give a general answer based on the information I have.

Here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.

You need to speak to the lawyer to figure out what happened. Then you have to speak to the bank manager.

If that doesn't work you have to go to head office for the bank. If that doesn't work you file a complaint with the bank's ombudsman. If that doesn't work you file a complaint with the governmental ombudsman.

If you go into any branch of the bank that will be a brochure on how to complain and all the contact information you need will be there.

Does that help?
