You need to speak to the lawyer to figure out what happened. Then you have to speak to the bank manager.

If that doesn't work you have to go to head office for the bank. If that doesn't work you file a complaint with the bank's ombudsman. If that doesn't work you file a complaint with the governmental ombudsman.

If you go into any branch of the bank that will be a brochure on how to complain and all the contact information you need will be there.
