Here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.

Sadly, the letter you got is what many, many international students get. It's very disappointing that you are being treated this way.

Essentially, the person reviewing your file believes that you are using this one year program as a stepping stone for being able to immigrate to Canada. You aren't supposed to be entering Canada with the intention of remaining.

So for you to be able to succeed in getting a study permit you have to show that you have so much to go home for. If you can show that you have an excellent job prospect back home that will help. If you can show that you have a home and family back home that too will help.

Any ties to the community will help as well.

Do you see what I mean?

Customer
I see what you mean Debra and I’m so glad I finally have someone to talk too because it weighed me down since I got the refusal letter. Yes I have families my parents my brothers, a register company back home I’m so willing on working on to make it grow to something big in the near future. I will be the one to take over my mothers investment back home at my home country
Customer
Studying in Canada as always been my dream as it has a very high recognition in my home country and it will help a lot in my future career back home

Debra, Expert

I understand. So that is what you have to tell them.

Customer
Okay but I’m not applying from my home country, will that still help? Knowing I didn’t apply from my home country
img

Debra, Expert

But your plan is to return home so I don't see that as being an issue.

Customer
Ok thanks. How soon can I re-apply again?
img

Debra, Expert

Customer
