Here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.

What has happened is they believe that you are using the route of the one-year program as a means for moving to Canada. So they don't let anyone in if they think the intention is to remain.

In that way they deny Canada the resource of having excellent students studying here and they also harm the financial system because the international student fees are exceedingly prohibitive and students are still willing to pay them. So these immigration agents harm you and they harm the country.

In any event, perhaps what you can do is try again and show that you need this extra program for your job back home. Show that you have a position waiting for you and that you will be able to progress further within the employer's company if you have this extra degree. Show that you have other strong ties back home such as family, assets, at home, ties to the community etc

Do you see what I mean?.

Thanks so much your advice is very valuable and ill surely include that.
Lets say 1% if they again take certain decision, not in favour of my application on reappeal. Would it harm my interest to apply in future for any other program ?.. Do they rfeer back to my previous application and decisions

No it won't harm you. You should try. I think you might be able to succeed.

Customer
Thanks so much Debra.
Customer
Lastly would you be able to assist in writing me a strong appeal letter ?
My current consulting firm is not a lawyer and i feel its better to get it drafted by a strong professional who knows what key point to be included. I can share my last SOP drafted by myself as a base document. Kindly suggest me the charges

I am a retired lawyer and I'm not able to assist you with that but you should retain an immigration lawyer and not a consultant. You are right.

I actually have been interrupted and I have to go off-line for a while but I will check back later on. I am sorry about that. I had thought I had a bit more time this morning. Thank you!
