I see. Normally in these situations, you would give the company an opportunity to respond to your request. That is the only free way to amicably resolve this problem.

If that does not work, you will essentially have to sue the company in small claims court to try to have your contract recinded. This can potentially be done if you did not understand what you were signing, or if there were fine prints that were not pointed out to you. These kind of actions are not easy to make.
