Michael signed and his initials are on the page which is hand written and there is a witness signature as well Cousin's will was not found until after sister had all 4 houses sold and funds put in her account Beneficiaries of Aunt's will want to take sister of cousin to court to have the funds of the two houses that were to go to aunt returned to aunt's estate as per cousin's intentions of his will We need to get a copy of cousin's signature to compare to the will, we need to find out of Revenue Canada will release a copy of his income tax paper work with his signature

Diane could easily get it because she can get whatever her brother could get while living so you could get a court order requiring her to produce that documentation. You don't actually have to get an order against the CRA.
