I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.
Are you saying that there is an allegation that your cousin's signature was forged? Was he a witness to the aunt's will?
Debra, Expert
Who is the executor for your cousin's estate?
Debra, Expert
Is his sister willing to get the documents from the CRA?
Debra, Expert
Here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.
Diane could easily get it because she can get whatever her brother could get while living so you could get a court order requiring her to produce that documentation. You don't actually have to get an order against the CRA.
Do you see what I mean?
Debra, Expert
Is there anything more I can help you with before I mark this question as complete?
