How did the accident between your husband and the landlord happen?

What legal information are you looking for from me please?

Customer
There was foul language between both of the. My husband tried to get out of bed but it was difficult, the landlord backed out of the bedroom knocked over my washing bucket, slipped and got up and ran out of the door. This might have been where he got hurt.

Good day, here is the answer to your query. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions related to this response and know that I will respond as soon as I can.

So clearly your husband didn't break his fingers and he's just an aggressive bully and a blatant liar.

If you want to keep living there I suggest you try to stay away from him and that you also keep detailed note of all these different encounters.

But if you are saying that you fear for your safety then you really need to consider finding somewhere else to live because the police aren't going to be able to kick the landlord out of their home while you live with them but rather they will protect you and escort you out of the home so you can live safely elsewhere.

Do you see what I mean?

I we don't feel we are in physical danger, it's was ok before, I think he is using us in way. The fact that he is not to be around guns and in a way he was even holding and looking at them when he knew that was a no no. We just can not afford to move we are on pension and after paying all the bills plus mortgage next to no money is left. He told us from the beginning that we can live here as long as we want to, this was going to be our home. I am 69 good health husband 62 cops, heart attackes and a few other issues and our 9 year old granddaughter. (Her mother is the root cause of all this, she walked out of her life and there is no contact, the house was originally purchased by her and after a year she stopped paying the mortgage as he was gone and living with her boyfriend..
