Customer: Long story,. Landlord live in home upstairs where there are 3bedrooms Ananth, no doors separating us. We pay the mortgage payment to lender and lease is open and if we want to purchase great. Was good until now. Had a bad day and argument arose landlord called my husband a murderer a and a killer (husband is mostly bedridden COPD) and yelling etc started. Now landlord says husband broke 3 fingers not. Husband tried to apologize but landlord yelling accusing him of being a wannabe killer etc. Not nice. Help

There was foul language between both of the. My husband tried to get out of bed but it was difficult, the landlord backed out of the bedroom knocked over my washing bucket, slipped and got up and ran out of the door. This might have been where he got hurt.

I we don't feel we are in physical danger, it's was ok before, I think he is using us in way. The fact that he is not to be around guns and in a way he was even holding and looking at them when he knew that was a no no. We just can not afford to move we are on pension and after paying all the bills plus mortgage next to no money is left. He told us from the beginning that we can live here as long as we want to, this was going to be our home. I am 69 good health husband 62 cops, heart attackes and a few other issues and our 9 year old granddaughter. (Her mother is the root cause of all this, she walked out of her life and there is no contact, the house was originally purchased by her and after a year she stopped paying the mortgage as he was gone and living with her boyfriend..
