I just got served the papers...I didn't know either about injuries as there was an incident 2 months ago ..I just got those papers on the 20th ..I must have told you.

I had the lawyer retained then ..maybe I didn't mention it I just found out on the 20th

If you recall the video on the 1st of Sept it was for license ..it was for 3 weeks until the 20th it was only for license ..then I recieved those papers on the 21st

I tried everything to open it what that box says I did..the paralegal also said she has never come across Rahat before so she sent me another way to read it..nope it wouldn't load ..just kept on spinning

I don't take calls. But you don't need to call the lawyer on the site. It would be wasting money. I don't know much about cell phones but it looks to me like they're telling what you can do so you can open this document.

So they are saying they're not releasing the dog to you until you go to court because they want to execute the dog because they believe that the dog harmed someone so you're going to have to either prove that the dog didn't harm someone or maybe you could offer that the dog will always be on a muzzle when out in public for example.

Can't you go into a local legal aid clinic and get some help?

She had 2 altercations..9ne was over a year and a half ..the other one was over 2 months ago ..when they picked her up it was only for license ..that was said all through the whole video..even bylaw spca 6old me only license ...until Sept 21st when they served me those papers ...I wasn't expecting that as the first one as almost 2 years now the second incident was a brief fight with a large male lab ..It was 11.at night and I was in a parking lot at Walmart I put cleo in the van and all of a sudden I see she spotted something
.she was wagging her tail jelly hard which tells me she wants to play..I started saying noooo. Not right now ..as I was saying that she jumped out and that is the first time she has ever 0jumped out without my signal ..I wasn't really concerned but right away the started fighting ..cleo won she had the lab by the side of his face cheek..area so I yelled at her to let go she didn't..she was avoiding me to grab her to release ...finally she did and I reprimanded her by scolding and took her directly back to the van ..I saw a huge bone the other dog was carrying so that told me the other was trying to protect his bone I didn't see the initial connect but there is no way cleo would be jumping down to attack for no reason.s..she's 5 years old and has never attacked a dog before
..and I found out later he had been bitten..most likely from separating and the bite was a complete accident

the first one was she went after a shytz zu that was very aggressive and viscous..she lived in my building ...for 7 months the shytzzu was growling barking snarling and lunging at cleo no reaction from cleo. At all..nogrowling back no lunging just observed her .until one night 2 am I took her out to pee ..it was a long one so dropped the leash to grab something from the van which was 10 ft away..right at that moment .the shtytzu came out barking like crazy .Cleos head snapped up and she went after the dog ..she grabbed it shook it and dropped it ..thats it ..
The dogged was yelping like it was being tortured .
.do conclusion was that her dog was scared shitless ..the dog had no wounds blood...or puncture marks ..no injuries no vet needed..

I forgot to ad over a week after the first one 3 years ago she was declared dangerous ..I was handed paper without even asking me what happened..no interview just scheduled is now dangerous I laughed at that how can they do that with no evidence of anything .so I told them I want see the statement it was only me and her ..no damage no vet nothing ..they wouldn't reverse it..still didn't see and evidence ..nothing how can a dog be labeled dangerous her very first charge with no damage .injuries etc she has never bqrked or growled before

I wasn't going to phone because of the glitch on the phone bill was going to phone to explain the dog interaction ..you were surprised I didn't tell you .I didn't think it was important as they were there for the license thats it

But it seems that they were lying to you because they didn't care about the licence. If it was about the licence as soon as you paid they would let the dog go. It's because of the incident two months ago that they are doing this.

Debrah I've got a court date tommorroww at 9 30.am and haven't heard yet from a lawyer or a name of one for me contact..what should I say in court..its to set a date for a hearing
