Hi and thank you for using JustAnswer. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you with your question.
Just a general disclaimer that this conversation is for informational purposes only. I am licensed Canadian lawyer; however, you would need to retain a lawyer to take any legal action and/or preserve any of your legal rights. I may be away from my desk from time to time, but rest assured I will always return back as soon as possible.

Good afternoon– sorry to hear about this situation. Generally speaking, the last written will would be the one which would govern the deceased’s estate. If a party wants to challenge it, then they should retain a lawyer. They would need to prove that the deceased was not of sound mind or was coerced into signing it. Should that be the case, the will would be discarded and the first one would be used. Here is the number for the BC lawyer referral service to help you find a lawyer in case legal action is required: 1-***-***-****
