No, you need to get a visa to enter into the US.

Ah, well you will now have the problem with the covid restrictions. Non-essential travel is currently still banned until August 21. I am not sure if that will change in a few days, but if it does not, you will need to turn your essential travel into non-essential travel if you want to enter the country.
