JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I signed a sales contract from Kentucky and apparently with an escrow company in Ohio

I am so sorry. I have just noticed that my answer that I provided right after I sent him a greeting has been wiped out. I will do it again right now.

Please note that I am working from my computer and not actually texting. If you don’t answer back for a while I may not be online when you do but I will never desert you and will check back often. As well, as I am working from home it is possible that I will be interrupted but I will always return back as soon as I can.

Finally, although the site offers a call option I personally do not take calls but just work online. Some find this confusing as it looks like the offer is coming from me but that is just how the site presents the offer and it really isn’t coming from me. Some of the other experts do take calls and so you are very welcome to request a call on this post and an expert may take it. They will have the benefit of reading our exchange which should work out very well for everyone involved!

I know your question is important to you and I will be giving it the time and attention it deserves.

I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.

Unfortunately, I definitely believe that you have been scammed. All of these companies that require you to pay them money first to sell your timeshare (that no one wants) or your vacation membership (that no one wants) and then they disappear are scammers.

From the start the main reason why you know these companies are scammers  is when they ask for money upfront. Whenever this is legitimate they take their fees from the payment for the timeshares or membership. As well, when they tell you that there is an escrow company it's all nonsense because that's simply not how it would work.

Do you see what I mean?

Thank you so much Debra... I did not send any money but I did sign a sales agreement with the Concept Realty Inc. in Kentucky. I have copies of everything I have signed and sent. They are just waiting for me to do a wire transfer to their apparent lawyer in Mexico.

But the point is that you shouldn't be doing a wire transfer because you don't pay ahead of time. They are scammers. I guarante
