Customer: I have a package with Air Canada and want my refund cause of Covid. They say because I booked it before Covid they won’t refund me. I booked before Covid and canceled cause of hurricane, they gave me a voucher cause I have insurance. I couldn’t use the voucher cause of Covid. And the just extended my voucher. I would like my money back, it’s been 2 years now they just extend my voucher.

If it was cancelled prior to January 31, 2020, and was cancelled because of Air Canada, you may be eligible for a refund.

Between February 2020 to April 2021, it is voucher's only.

Air Canada didn't cancel it but our government was asking us not to travel and the situation was bad all over the world. I would not go away and get sick and had no health Ins coverage also cause of Covid
