If it was cancelled prior to January 31, 2020, and was cancelled because of Air Canada, you may be eligible for a refund.
Between February 2020 to April 2021, it is voucher's only.

The reason for the cancellation will be a determination as to whether you get a refund or not. If it is air canada that cancelled it, yes, you can get a refund. If not, then no.
