You were denied entry because you can't enter Canada as a visitor or a student on a temporary study permit with the intention of remaining so you declared refugee status and left because you had to but now your record shows that your intention is to remain in Canada so they can't let you in on a visitor's visa or a study permit.

No. I don't think you can. I think you are in a very difficult and possibly impossible situation. I am so sorry this happened to you but I can't think of a way out.

If possible retain an immigration lawyer in BC. Perhaps they can do some thing but I honestly don't know what.
