Are you currently in India or US?
ToLawyer, Expert
So, your US status will not affect your chances of getting Canadian PR. You technically already have status in Canada, and you can come here at the port of entry.
See the specific instructions here (for "If you're outside Canada"): https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/application-approved.html

If you’re admissible and there are no problems when you arrive, the officer will:
1) allow you to enter Canada as a permanent resident
2) confirm your Canadian mailing address where we’ll mail your permanent resident card
