No. There will be no basis for you having the entire $200,000. It would just be added to his list of assets when you're working out the equalization payment but he would lack credibility and if you're going back to court because of this then he would end up having to cover a very good part of your legal fees.
Does that make sense.

I was sure I had answered this so I don't understand where the answer is. This also isn't on my open list anymore which definitely leads me to believe I had answered it. I'm sure I said that the divorce lawyer would likely hire a private investigator and probably need a forensic accountant as well.
