Customer: Hi There - my current employer is holding up a medical ei roe, even though my physician has already filled out a medical ei form based on my current situation and physical ailment. This is after they refused to follow doctor recommendations. I have not worked in over 3 weeks now due injury. How would I go about this? Basically my work does not feel my current neck injury which includes massive daily headaches and inability to move my head, or sit for long periods of time warrants to leave. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
