Hello and Welcome to JustAnswer. My name is***** will be working on your question today and I am looking forward to our conversation.

Please note that I am working from my computer and not actually texting. If you don’t answer back for a while I may not be online when you do but I will never desert you and will check back often. As well, as I am working from home it is possible that I will be interrupted but I will always return back as soon as I can.
Finally, although the site offers a call option I personally do not take calls but just work online. Some find this confusing as it looks like the offer is coming from me but that is just how the site presents the offer and it really isn’t coming from me. Some of the other experts do take calls and so you are very welcome to request a call on this post and an expert may take it. They will have the benefit of reading our exchange which should work out very well for everyone involved!
I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.
What is the bank telling you and also when you say the credit bureau claims they didn't send anything how do you know that the bank is doing this?
Have you checked your credit reports with both credit bureaus?
Debra, Expert
I am just reading this now.

I'm trying to figure out what's going on. When you look at your credit report with the two credit reporting bureaus do they show something that is incorrect?
Debra, Expert
Well this is a bank's fault and not the credit bureaus. The bank made mistakes and the credit bureau is willing to rectify your credit rating when the mistakes are rectified by the bank. So I will explain what you do with the bank.
Debra, Expert
First what you do is you go to the head office for the bank. If that doesn't help your next step is to go to the bank's ombudsman. If that doesn't help you can then go to the governmental ombudsman who does not work for the bank and is not biased. Unfortunately, you have to go through the steps just as I've outlined.
If you go into any branch of the bank you will find a brochure on how to complain and all the contact information you need will be found in that brochure.
As a last resort you can sue the bank but you shouldn't have to do that and I think this will probably work.
Does that help?
Debra, Expert
They are someone that oversees different agencies or governments and deals with complaints. I actually had a complaint against a bank about 10 years ago and I went through this process and it was surprisingly fast and worked very well. I was actually shocked.
Debra, Expert
These are complete, written complaints aside from calling the head office. So get the brochure and you'll see exactly what you do.

You are very welcome.
