Are you concerned because instead of showing the video you are showing a screen shot of the video?

I can't see why it wouldn't. You're paying to be able to use the video online for therapy. There's no reason why you could not take a screenshot instead of actually playing the video.

The only concern would be is it if one of your patients thought that that was your work so you should make it clear that you did not create the work that you were displaying by way of screenshot.

Does that make sense?

I think you need to confirm this with the organization that provided the licence. I am just not sure.
