Customer: My kids moved to an apartment building in Moose Jaw. They have been there since after Xmas. My daughter in law got bit by what looks like begbugs , small raised bumps itchy in a circle , basically on shoulder blade and ankle , talked to land lord about the situation and he had fumigator come over and not find anything. The carpet are long brown and shaggy type no one could see a bug in them. We had looked snd found no evidence before but she had bites. He told her that there were never any bugs in his place and they brought the bugs in and they would have to pay to get it fumigated. The kids just moved from my house snd another place and have never ever had any bugs at all ever in my life here,or in the other place the mom was living . He told her it was people coming in. I am the only one they know and I don’t live there, they don’t have anyone come cause of covid , anyway argued with her about her paying for it. , she overheard him talking to the fumigator asking about whether the fumigator got rid of the bedbugs in suite 2!! So he did have bedbugs in the apartment ! Everyone said to call you !! The bedbugs can lay dormant got up to 10 years if they aren’t killed off , so I think there was an issue before. Maybe that’s why the rugs had to be replaced. Anyway what do we do now

Customer: Calling you and getting bedbug covers for the beds and putting sticky tape down to see what they see

Customer: They are expecting in a few weeks snd have a 2 year old there too so don’t want them to be waiting till the bugs infest the whole suite and bite my granddaughter before they take measures they are on welfare snd I’m sure they don’t have money to pay when. It’s for the landlords issue
