Please note that the experts don’t text so there may be a bit of a delay. If you don’t answer back for a while I may not be online when you do but I will never desert you and will check back often. As well, as I am working from home it is possible that I will be interrupted but I will always return back as soon as I can.
I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.
I was just about to go to bed when I saw your question. I cannot answer now but so I can answer in the morning can you please tell me when the last time it was that they did work on your property please?
Debra, Expert
Well they can't put a lien on the property because they are out of time. So that is an empty threat. They had to register the lien within 45 days of when they completed working in June.
They can sue you in small claims court but you would easily defend and can self-represent. You could always have my assistance through the site.
Does that help?

You are very welcome.
