Customer: Good evening. I have a business in surrey BC. One unhappy customer started to leave bad reviews on my Facebook page, which I actually left there, thinking fair enough she is unhappy, she showed it. She said if I don't give some money back she will continue to leave bad comments on my page. She copy pasted her unhappy review under a lot of good review on my Facebook page and also under my posts into the comment sections. At this point I banned her from my page so she could not leave any comments there. Today she left a bad review on my other business Facebook page under a fake name. So I banned that account from my page. This behavior is very harmful for my business, also causing me high level Of stress. I asked her publicly to stop this about 3 times but she does not stop. You can have a lawyer send her a letter demanding that she cease and desist defaming you and provide you with a written retraction.

The letter could tell her that if she fails to comply you will sue her. You would sue her for an order requiring that she stop this defamation and harassment and also for damages to your reputation.
